Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Country Village Center, Lancaster, NH 03584 (Genesis - Northeast Region)
Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (8-hour shift with 30-min break)
 

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.

• Support patients and families with empathy and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
